Dr. Francis Taylor Gench will be delivering the Grove Lecture (12:30-1:30pm) entitled “’They Worshiped and They Doubted’: Church in the Throes of Transition” at Bethesda Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, Maryland, on Sunday, October 28, 2018.   She will also be preaching (11:00am) and leading the Adult Christian Education Class (9:45-10:45am).

Dr. Gench is the Herbert Worth and Annie H. Jackson Professor of Biblical Interpretation at Union Presbyterian Seminary.
