Hallelujah! God is working miraculously in our midst. Despite the difficulties that abound, we know that God – not fate, not chance, not evil – is in charge of history. We see evidence of God at work every day at Union Presbyterian Seminary and you see God at work in your life and in the life of your church.
In May we graduated 75 church leaders from our two campuses. As in years past, students tell us they chose Union because we offer the highest caliber theological education with one of the lowest debt loads of any seminary in the country.
I wish you could see the students who are passionate about serving Jesus Christ; faculty who inspire them; advisors who prayerfully guide them along the paths where God is calling; library staff who generate excitement in new generations of students who suddenly feel connected to ancient biblical texts; and technical "magic" as I teach a New Testament class and interact with students on several campuses at once.
Faithfully,
Brian K. Blount
