This position plays a vital role in shaping faith formation across all ages while fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for individuals and families with diverse learning, developmental, and sensory needs. The director partners closely with clergy, staff, volunteers, and families to design adaptive programming, provide leadership and training, and ensure that all members of our community are supported in their spiritual growth.
