Founded in 1987, St.Thomas Evangelical Theological Seminary (TETS) in Karachi, Pakistan, has been offering post-college degree programs in theology. Although the primary mission of the seminary is to equip ministers for the Church of Pakistan, an ecumenical church in the region, many from other Protestant communities benefit from it. They graciously welcome those of us interested in studying the relationships between Islam and Christianity in South Asia.

Founded in 1910 out of an earnest desire to pool in resources from and equip ministers for Protestant churches, the United Theological College (UTC) in Bangalore, India has been catering to the theological and ministerial needs of the church and society in India and abroad for more than a century. It also serves the Orthodox communities in the region. In addition to graduate and doctoral degrees, UTC offers diploma courses in counseling and social work. UPSem is grateful for the opportunity to partner with Trinity Theological Seminary (TTS) in Ghana for the last four decades. Founded in 1942, TTS has been equipping ministers and leaders for Anglican, Methodist, Presbyterian (Presbyterian Church of Ghana and Evangelical Presbyterian Church Ghana), and African Methodist Episcopal churches in Ghana. Trinity has hosted our faculty and students while traveled in Ghana and taught us about the expressions of Christianity in West Africa. Tracing its origins back to 1872, Taiwan Graduate School of Theology (Taishen) has equipped thousands of leaders for the church and society in Taiwan. Taishen is eager to host our students and faculty to engage in the study of varied expressions of Christianity in the region. Presbyterian Church in Ghana (PCG) has been our valued partner for the last four decades. By hosting us, PCG has impacted the theological and ministerial formation of many of our faculty, alumni, and students. By sending their pastors to study with us, PCG has enriched our learning environment and thereby the life and witness of UPSem. In return, UPSem has contributed to the faith and witness of PCG through its alums. Organized as a self-governing body in 1955, PCG traces its beginnings to the early nineteenth century. Evangelical Presbyterian College of Education in Amedzofe (AMECO) is one of the premier teacher-training institutes in the Volta region. Affiliated with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church Ghana and funded by the Ghanaian government, AMECO has trained more than 5000 teachers to serve in elementary and secondary level schools since 1946. They welcomed us during our travel seminars and are eager to provide opportunities for intercultural learning for those of us preparing for the ministry of education.

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana (EPChurch) has been our treasured ally for the last four decades. In addition to hosting our students and faculty on travel seminars, the EPChurch has contributed to the learning environment of our seminary by sending their pastors to study with us. With approximately 750 congregations and more than 600 thousand members, the EPChurch has been ministering in the Volta Region of Ghana for 173 years. UPSem has been an integral part of the life of EPChurch by equipping its leaders and EPChurch has been a formidable influence in the ministerial formation of many of our students, faculty, and alumni.

Comunidad Teolgica de Mexico (Theological Community of Mexico/CTdeM) is a consortium of six denominational seminaries ministering to the Baptist, Episcopal, Lutheran, Methodist, Pentecostal, and Presbyterian communities in Mexico and beyond. With a special focus on biblical hermeneutics, ministerial formation, liturgics, and gender studies, CTdeM offers degree programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to collaborating with us in teaching and research about the issues pertinent to the church and society in North America, these seminaries are also glad to host us to study religions and cultures in Mexico. Prayers for Andhra Christian Theological College

Andhra Christian Theological College, India, has been equipping ministers for the Telugu church for the last 66 years. Its faculty, consisting of Baptist, Church of South India, Lutheran, and Methodist ministers, cater to the theological and ministerial formation of the Telugu Protestant communities. The seminary currently serves 925 students, both residential and non-residential, towards multiple forms of ministry. They host our students and faculty on our travel seminars to India as we gratefully host some of their faculty engaged in research. With Telugu as the medium of instruction, it helps the Telugu church theologize in the vernacular of the people and is committed to ministering to Dalits, a marginalized community in the Telugu society.
