The Master of Divinity (M.Div.) is Union's foundational professional degree for those called to ordained ministry, chaplaincy, nonprofit leadership, or community-based service. Rooted in Scripture and theology, the M.Div. equips you to lead in diverse and evolving contexts with the depth and tools needed to navigate real-world ministry challenges. You'll be prepared to serve as pastors, chaplains, nonprofit leaders, educators, and advocates—bringing theologically informed leadership to churches and communities in a changing world.
