Coach Carter

Coach Carter (2005)

“Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2, NRSV).  What does it mean? How and in what ways shall we do it? What does it look like, sound like, feel like, taste like, and smell like to bear one another’ burdens right now?

Union Presbyterian Seminary student Kim Lee suggests that Coach Carter might be a good film to use in thinking about those questions!  Click on the image to read her full review, and a suggested discussion guide.
