Clips and Lessons – “No Greater Love” and Harry Potter

HarryPotterPhilosophersStone

In our culture, love has become an easy and sentimental thing. Yet, true love — the love of God revealed in Jesus Christ — is willing to sacrifice all for the sake of another. In this lesson for middle or high school youth, you can lead a discussion of love and sacrifice as illustrated in a scene from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (2001). Discussion questions are included, in dialogue with a biblical text (John 15).
